BUS PASSES
Bus Pass notes should be in writing and need to include:
 - Your child’s first and last name
 - The name of the child they are going home with
 - The BUS NUMBER or SLOT NUMBER you need them to take (For bus information you can contact the Bus Garage at 460-6010)
Notes should be given to the Greeter Desk in the Main Lobby before or during Advisory where their bus pass will be issued.
We realize that last minute emergencies can arise, and in those cases you can email (we cannot accept phone calls) the above information to BOTH sfinn@mw.k12.ny.us AND cmichael@mw.k12.ny.us  Please call 460-6400 x6409 to confirm that your email was received.


EARLY DISMISSAL NOTES
Early pick-up notes should be in writing and need to include:
 - Your child’s first and last name
 - Grade and House Color
 - Reason for pick-up
 - Time you will be picking up
 - Who will be picking your child up
Notes should be given to the Attendance Window in the Main Lobby before or during Advisory where your child will be given a pass to meet you in the lobby at the designated time.
We realize that last minute emergencies can arise, and in those cases you can email the above information to: msattend@mw.k12.ny.us  OR call 460-6400 x6422.
Pick-up at 3:00 does not require a note.

Souza Performing Arts Scholarships deadline is March 31

The Souza Scholarship Committee grants monetary awards to students in grades 6-12 to be used to encourage further development in music or the performing arts, i.e, summer music camp, specialized workshops, advanced lessons or training, and more. For applications and deadlines, check out Souza information.


3RD ANNUAL PET DONATION DRIVE
Student Council is excited to announce our 3rd annual pet donation drive for our local pet shelters. Donations will be graciously accepted during the entire month of March. Donations can be dropped off in Room 125 before or during Advisory.
Suggested items:
Pet food/treats, new food bowls, towels/blankets, kitty litter, new collars/leashes, new toys, grooming supplies, crates/carriers, paper towels/cleaning supplies, laundry detergent/bleach and pet beds.


8TH GRADE NJHS STUDENTS
All current 8th grade NJHS students are invited to attend the induction ceremony on Thursday, March 30th @ 6:00pm in the auditorium. Please RSVP to Mrs. Dudgeon in room 211 if you will attend.


PANORAMIC PHOTO
ATTENTION ALL 8TH GRADERS, the 8th grade panoramic class picture will take place on Thursday, April 6th, during advisory.


7TH GRADE FIELD TRIP
ALL 7TH GRADERS:
Your field trip to the Purchase Performing Arts Center for a day filled with music will be on Monday, April 3rd. Do not forget to bring a bagged lunch.
